The following are the General Terms and Conditions (henceforth GTC) which regulate online purchases made on the website www.marcbellucci.com (henceforth thewebsite). They are incorporated into the Purchasing contract (henceforth the Contract) and are legally binding and subject to its compliance at the time of Order confirmation (see purchasing process).

marcbellucci.com reserves the right to modify or update the GTC at any time. This will not affect any purchase made prior to said modifications or updates. It is the User’s duty to be aware of the current GTC before making any purchase.

The GTC may be subject to modifications regarding products with specific conditions such as exchanges or refunds.

By completing the registration process the User confirms that he or she is over 14 years old.

1. User registration

In order to simplify the online shopping experience, customers are advised to register as Users. This will help to streamline the purchasing process and will prevent them having to enter their details each time they make a purchase. This procedure is free of charge and can be carried out at any time by clicking the REGISTER link.

Users can access the registered Users section by introducing their Username and Password. It is worth mentioning in relation to registration, that marcbellucci.com may use cookies or similar means which help to understand the User’s product and browsing preferences.

2. Quality of service

marcbellucci.com guarantees the condition and quality of all products featured on the website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that images displayed are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that the User’s monitor will correctly reflect the colour or texture of products.

All products featured on the website will include the following details:

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed by completing the following procedure:

- Select payment method

- Order confirmation

Once a product has been chosen, the User may continue to navigate the website adding products to the basket/shopping cart/bag as many times as they wish.

The User should then check the details of their order before proceeding to the Checkout.

Following this, the User should select the payment method at which point, they will be redirected to a secure online payment gateway. Here, all necessary details should be provided to complete the transaction. On completion, marcbellucci.com will issue on screen confirmation.

 4. Returns

marcbellucci.com offers a 15 day return policy. This is valid from the moment the product is received. Returned products must be in perfect condition not having been used. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

marcbellucci.com reservesthe right not to accept any returns sent outside the 15 day limit, along with any product which appears to have been used, damaged, or in a different condition to that which was initially despatched.

marcbellucci.com recommends that items be returned via registered post or a postal service which requires acknowledgment of receipt. marcbellucci.com is not liable for items lost, or that are not received.

Faulty goods, shall be reimbursed (including shipping costs) at the expense of marcobellucci.com. Such items will be thoroughly checked, bearing in mind our confidence in the quality control carried out before despatch.
